Carbon Reduction Plan

DEEPINFINITY LTD

Bidder Name:DEEPINFINITY LTD
Publication Date:30/06/2026

Commitment to achieving Net Zero

DEEPINFINITY LTD is committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.

This commitment covers Scopes 1, 2 and 3 and applies across DEEPINFINITY LTD's consolidated group operations, including its wholly-owned subsidiary DeepInfinity Private Limited (Anantapur, India) — see the Organisational Boundary note in Appendix A.

Baseline Emissions Footprint

Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.

Baseline Year: 2023

Additional Details Relating to Baseline Emissions Calculations

This is DEEPINFINITY LTD's first Carbon Reduction Plan and its first year of emissions measurement; 2023 has therefore been adopted as the baseline year, being the earliest year for which the Company holds reasonably complete records (electricity costs, business travel records, and cloud consumption). Emissions are calculated in tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2e), covering Scope 1 and Scope 2 in full, and the five required Scope 3 categories (upstream transportation and distribution, waste generated in operations, business travel, employee commuting, and downstream transportation and distribution), using UK Government GHG Conversion Factors for Company Reporting. DEEPINFINITY LTD does not operate any Scope 1 sources (no company vehicles or on-site combustion). Figures are reported on a consolidated group basis including DeepInfinity Private Limited's business travel (see Appendix A); full methodology and category-level assumptions are set out in Appendix B.

Reporting Year Compliance: the reporting year end date (31 December 2025). DEEPINFINITY LTD confirms it is in the process of reviewing and updating this Plan, and commits to publish an updated CRP using 2026 as the reporting year (financial year end 31 December 2026). A forward projection for the period ending December 2026 is provided in Appendix B for information.

Emissions reduction targets

In order to continue our progress to achieving net zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets.

We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 11.94 tCO2e by 2030.

This is a reduction of approximately 20%.

In parallel, and reflecting DeepInfinity's growth stage, the Company commits to reduce total gross emissions by at least 30% per FTE employee by 2028 against the 2023 baseline, so that carbon intensity falls even in years where headcount and client deployments are growing.

Progress against these targets can be seen in the graph below:

Carbon Reduction Projects

Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives

The following environmental management measures and projects have been completed or implemented since the 2023 baseline. DEEPINFINITY LTD has not yet quantified a precise tCO2e reduction attributable to these measures, as this is the Company's first CRP; quantified savings will be reported from the next annual update once direct metering and invoice-based data collection (see Appendix B) are in place.

  • Remote-first and hybrid working policy — UK staff work remotely for the majority of the working week, reducing office energy demand and commuting emissions.
  • Cloud-first infrastructure — DeepInfinity's clinical AI platform runs on Microsoft Azure, Google and other hyperscale cloud providers, each of which has published its own Net Zero/carbon-negative commitments, rather than DeepInfinity operating its own data centre estate.
  • ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certified management systems, providing a governance foundation for extending formal environmental management practices.

Future Carbon Reduction Initiatives

In the future we hope to implement further measures such as:

  • Prioritise rail travel over domestic/short-haul flights for UK business travel where journey time is reasonable.
  • Review and, where possible, switch the UK office electricity supply to a certified renewable tariff.
  • Scope out certification to ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems).
  • Introduce direct metering/invoice-based tracking of electricity and travel data to replace spend-based estimates in future reporting years, and extend metering to DeepInfinity Private Limited's Anantapur office.
  • Consolidate international travel (e.g. combining multi-city India visits) to reduce the number of domestic short-haul flights per trip.
  • Continue to favour rail over car and short-haul flights for UK regional travel.
  • Explore consolidating routine intercity travel between DeepInfinity's Hyderabad, Anantapur and Vijayawada sites (e.g. shared transport, video-first check-ins) to reduce monthly travel volumes.

Declaration and Sign Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.

Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard, and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting.

Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard.

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).

This Plan will be reviewed and updated at least annually, and within six months of DEEPINFINITY LTD's financial year-end, and will be published at a prominent link on the DeepInfinity.AI homepage.

Appendix A: Organisational Boundary and Reporting Scope

This Plan is prepared on a consolidated group basis using an operational control boundary, in accordance with the boundary-setting methodologies (financial control, operational control, and equity share) recognised in the PPN 06/21 Technical Standard and the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard.

The Net Zero commitment on the first page of this Plan applies to the whole group, including DeepInfinity Private Limited. Business travel and commuting emissions include travel undertaken by staff of both DEEPINFINITY LTD and DeepInfinity Private Limited where that travel supports the Company's clinical AI products and NHS-facing programmes. DeepInfinity Private Limited's own office-based Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions (e.g. electricity and any on-site fuel use at its Anantapur premises) are not yet separately metered and are excluded from the figures in this Plan pending direct data collection; this is a known data gap to be closed in the next annual update, rather than an item treated as out of boundary.

Note on methodology: figures are estimated using standard emissions factors (UK Government GHG Conversion Factors for Company Reporting) applied to electricity spend, recorded flight/rail/road routes, and reported headcount and travel frequency. Electricity consumption has been estimated from annual spend (£2,000/year) using an average UK business tariff, pending direct meter-reading data. International and UK domestic flight distances use standard great-circle route distances (e.g. London–Hyderabad, London– Edinburgh) with DEFRA short-/long-haul factors including radiative forcing. Rail travel (London–Kent) uses the national rail factor; road travel uses an average petrol/diesel car factor applied per vehicle trip. Intercity bus/coach travel in India (Hyderabad– Anantapur, monthly in 2024–2025; Hyderabad–Vijayawada, monthly from 2026) uses a coach-equivalent factor. These are self- reported, non-audited estimates in line with the CRP guidance, which does not require third-party assurance. DEEPINFINITY LTD intends to refine this data using actual invoices, ticket records, and a carbon accounting tool ahead of its next annual update, and to bring DeepInfinity Private Limited's own Scope 1/2 office emissions into scope at that point.

Forward Projection — Period Ending December 2026 (Estimated, Not Final)

As 2026 is not yet complete, DEEPINFINITY LTD cannot report a measured full-year 2026 figure at this time; the Reporting Year in the main body of this Plan remains 2025, the most recent year actually measured. For planning purposes only, the 2026 column above is an estimated full-year projection, calculated by annualising the Company's actual January–June 2026 data. This projection is not a substitute for the measured Reporting Year figures above, and will be superseded by DEEPINFINITY LTD's actual, measured 2026 figures once the year closes and the Plan is updated as described in the Reporting Year Compliance note.
