Your Data, Your Rights

Data Protection Complaints & Rights Requests

We want to know if you think we've got something wrong with your personal data — and UK law now requires us to give you a clear way to tell us directly. This page covers two different things. Pick the one that matches what you need.

1. Make a complaint

Tell us if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data

Use this if you're unhappy with how DeepInfinity has handled your personal data — for example, you disagree with something we've done, or you're not happy with how a previous request was handled.

Optional. PDF, Word, text or image, up to 10MB.

We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and keep you updated. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can also complain to the ICO.

2. Access, correct, or delete your data

Data subject rights requests

Use this if you want to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you (a "data subject rights request").

If you are a patient whose care involved a hospital or Trust using DeepInfinity's AI agents: please contact your hospital's Data Protection Officer directly — your clinical record is held and controlled by your hospital, not by DeepInfinity. Your hospital will work with us if any technical support is needed to fulfil your request.

If you are a DeepInfinity employee, job applicant, or website/marketing contact, use the form below.

We'll respond within one calendar month. We may need to verify your identity first, and in some cases ask a clarifying question — if we do, we'll pause the clock until you reply.
