DeepInfinity Scribe is a family of Medical Device Software modules that use ambient voice technology, automatic speech recognition, natural language processing and artificial intelligence to capture, transcribe and structure healthcare consultations and clinical discussions into draft clinical documentation.
Every output is a draft. Generated documentation is presented to the healthcare professional for review, editing and approval before use. The reporting clinician remains the final human-in-the-loop decision-maker across all three modules, and no output is treated as an autonomous or final report.
Stages 01–06 are common to every module. The modules diverge only at template mapping, where output is matched to the relevant modality or consultation template — and every path ends at the clinician.
Consultation or dictation audio is captured in the clinical setting.
SharedAutomatic speech recognition converts speech to text.
SharedThe spoken language is identified before downstream processing.
SharedClinical terminology is resolved against the vocabulary layer.
SharedNatural language processing and large language model processing interpret the transcript.
SharedContent is organised into the structured sections of a draft document.
SharedMapped to the study's radiology reporting template — X-ray / Plain Film, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, PET or Interventional Radiology.
DeepScribe AIThe healthcare professional reviews, edits and approves the draft before use.
Human-in-the-loopASR engine, language identification engine, clinical vocabulary processing, NLP/LLM processing, structured report generation engine and template mapping engine.
The workflow that feeds the pipeline and the template the output is mapped to — a clinical note, a doctor–patient medical report, or a modality-specific radiology report.
Captures and structures general clinical notes via speech-to-text.
Captures doctor–patient conversations, including multilingual input, translates spoken content into English and structures it into a draft medical report.
Captures radiology dictation and structures it into modality-specific report templates.
DeepInfinity Scribe forms part of the wider DeepInfinity AI platform and operates as a cloud-native Software-as-a-Service solution.
Cloud-native SaaS · single shared processing pipeline across every access surface
DeepInfinity Scribe produces draft clinical documentation from captured speech. The draft is presented to the healthcare professional for review, editing and approval before it is used.
The reporting clinician remains the final human-in-the-loop decision-maker across all three modules. Output is never treated as an autonomous or final report, regardless of any workflow-automation capability referenced in product marketing materials.
